1. Allowed content

Original musical works created with the assistance of AI tools, where you own or control all rights needed to distribute the work on SynthSong, including rights granted to you by the AI tool's terms of service.

2. Prohibited content

(a) Covers, remixes, mashups, samples, or derivatives of copyrighted compositions or recordings you do not own, unless fully licensed. (b) Any track that imitates, clones, or is marketed as the voice, name, likeness, or style-as-identity of a real person, living or deceased. (c) Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence. (d) Spam, duplicate uploads, or play manipulation. (e) Content that violates the terms of the AI tool used to create it (for example, commercial use on a non-commercial plan).

3. Disclosure requirement

You must accurately disclose the AI tools used and your approximate human contribution. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal and account termination.

4. Enforcement

Tracks are reviewed before publication. We may remove content, strip features, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Repeat infringers are terminated in accordance with our DMCA policy.
