1. The service

SynthSong (“we”) provides a platform for uploading, streaming, and discovering AI-assisted music. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service.

2. Your content and license to us

You keep all ownership of what you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, stream, display, and promote your content on and in connection with the service, for as long as it remains on the platform. You can delete your content at any time and the license ends, except for cached copies and content already included in curated playlists for a reasonable wind-down period.

3. Your representations

You represent that you own or control all rights in your uploads, that they comply with our Content Policy, that your AI disclosures are accurate, and that no upload infringes any third party's copyright, publicity, or other rights.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Takedowns and termination

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies, and we terminate repeat infringers. See our DMCA policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
